This Privacy Policy explains how BILPP OÜ ("we", "us"), a company registered in Estonia, collects, uses and protects your information when you use the europeesim.app website and the Europe eSIM mobile application.
1. Information we collect
On this website we set no cookies and ask you for nothing. Your browser may keep a few small preferences in its own local storage — the language you picked and whether you have dismissed our welcome offer — and those stay on your device: they are never transmitted to us or to anyone else. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless service that does not profile you or follow you across sites. In the app we collect what is needed to deliver the eSIM service: your email address, your order history, and the technical details required to provision an eSIM on your device.
2. How we use your information
Only to run and support the service: taking orders, provisioning eSIM profiles, answering support requests and meeting our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
3. Data sharing
We share data only with the providers needed to operate the service — the mobile network partners that provision eSIM connectivity in the covered countries, and the App Store and Google Play, which handle payment — and only as far as each of them requires.
4. Data retention and security
We keep personal data only as long as the purposes above or the law require, and protect it with industry-standard technical and organizational measures.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
